YOGA FOR PERI MENOPAUSE AND MENOPAUSE
During this period of life, women often experience a wide range of challenges and symptoms such as insomnia, hot flushes, mood changes and anxiety which can impact our overall well-being. Yoga is a very effective way of dealing with these challenges.
This workshop is designed to help the physical body and to promote healing on an emotional and mental level. This helps mitigate the effects of stress by helping to balance the endocrine and nervous systems.
Through a gentle and simple practice, we focus on postures, breathing techniques and the use of aromatherapy to balance the mind and body, to leave you feeling revitalised and restored.
