This workshop is aimed at endurance runners, running coaches, personal trainers and sports coaches. The topics covered will identify the main running injuries, their causes and a practical session to demonstrate simple strength exercises to minimise running injuries. Following a brief break, the next session will focus on addressing nutrition for endurance running from 5k, half marathon to ultra marathons. The cost is £25 per person. Ballydrain Harriers are the host club so there is discounted rate of £15 per person for club members.
