The perfect way to unwind and relax at the end of your busy week, and recharge your batteries for the weekend
Open to everyone, including those new to yoga, and those who are recovering from illness or injury, and anyone who'd like a more restorative practice.
The class combines very gentle slow floor-based stretches to help ease tension from the body, concious mindful breathwork to focus and calm the mind, and a guided deep relaxation (yoga nidra) to release deeply ingrained physical, mental and emotional tensions. You'll leave feeling more centred and calm, as well as revitalised for your weekend ahead.
You can a book a single class in the series for £9, or pre-book the 6 week series for £51. All you need to bring with you is a blanket, and wear cosy layers as the body temperature drops a little during deep relaxation. If you have a yoga mat bring it with you.
