Calling all mummies, we're hosting a very EXCITING four week course of wellness events designed just for you!
Each health and fitness morning includes an amazing 45 minute workout delivered by fully qualified post-natal fitness instructor Chief Victoria from Tribal Fitness Bangor, inside the grounds of our beautiful reserve (weather dependent).
The exercises are tailored specifically for mums, are applicable to all shapes, sizes and post-natal stages. Above all, they are great FUN!
Afterwards, you can enjoy a healthy mini-brunch, followed by a talk on maximising your energy with tips for mind and body wellbeing from Registered Nutritionist Dr Danielle McCarthy (PhD) from Live It Up Ventures Ltd.
Please feel free to bring your little ones along. There will be time for a Q & A after each session too.
