Begins Sunday 12th November: 11.30-13.30
Meditation is a powerful practice that can help us deal with difficult emotions and discover deep inner peace. Be guided through 20 minutes of blissfully relaxing breathing meditation before enjoying a talk on using ancient Buddhist wisdom to make our busy modern lives both happy and meaningful.
Enjoy Abby's lighthearted approach to meditation practice and explore how these simple techniques can bring more calm, joy and wisdom into your life. The class will end with a 15 minute guided meditation to gain practical experience of the advice given in the talk.
Follow up the meditation with a 1 hour session of Flow Yoga. Use breathing and gentle stretches to release tension, aches and pains whilst improving your flexibility and nourishing your body and soul! You'll be super chilled and positive after these 2 hours of self-care! It's time to appreciate your body and give it something back! #selfcaresundays
