I'm delighted and excited to offer a beginners hatha class – absolute beginners and novice yogis are welcome. I will focus on gentle stretches, gradually increasing flexibility in the body.
I am interested in bone health and how yoga in particular can contribute to building strength and balance in the physical body. Yoga practice offers an excellent respite to the often stressful modern world and we’ll have plenty of time in class to explore relaxation techniques and breathing exercises.
