An excellent Yoga class for those who enjoy stretching, strengthening, breathing exercises and relaxation. Promotes strength, calmness, health, balance and well-being.
12 week term 13th September — 6th December. £90 (£80 concession) for 12 weeks or £9 (£8) drop in.
Off on 1st November for half term.
Come along to this class and get a great stretch, build strength and flexibility. Students tell me that after Yoga class they have more energy, feel healthy and they sleep really well that night. This class is perfect for anyone who has a busy life and wants a bit of time out. It is also suitable for complete beginners. The postures can be adapted for people who are very stiff or have previous injuries. Come along and feel like a new person! :-)
