A well rounded class to leave you feeling open, calm and relaxed. These steady, calming classes with Julie are open to all, including beginners, and offer an effective synergy of breath-led movement, alignment-focused postures adapted for everyone, sound/mantra, deep relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. Plenty of modifications and variations are offered so that you can enjoy the classes at your own pace and level.
Ideal for those who've completed Julie's beginners course, but also open to all levels, and to anyone who'd like a steady slower pace of class.
Committing to a block of regular classes offers your body and mind time to absorb the benefits of regular practice, and ensures a commitment to your own health and well-being. Pre-booking is essential as space is limited, but there is flexibility to switch attendance between the evening all levels classes if you can't make your usual booked sesssion. Investment: £59
