Living on an Island we are surrounded by copious amounts of, fish, molluscs and crustaceans. Learn how best to prepare and cook a range of shellfish, from Molly Malone’s humble cockles and mussels, to the lavish scallop.
Also a great class to learn how to buy, clean and fillet fish and what to cook with it when you are making your meal plans. Under the chef’s guidance and you will get the opportunity to ask questions and pick up handy hints and tips. A great class for those interested in learning how to cook and serve fish for meal times and dinner parties.
The recipes include; Scallops with Chorizo, Traditional Mussels, Saute John Dory with Braised leek and red Wine Shallot. Ten Minute Fish with Tomato and Herbs. Freshly caught shellfish with a classic Fish sauce. * As we pride ourselves on using only the freshest produce items on the menu are subject to change.
