Focus of this workshop:
To have FUN
To encourage felt sense awareness of the physical / energetic bodies as well a greater sense of connection to the self through a flowing workshop exploring breath, yoga, higher-paced movement and rest.
To experience improves mobility and cardio fitness through breath & dynamic movement techniques.
To encourage an experience of relaxation/meditation at the end of the practice through savasana accompanied by therapeutic sound.
This session will include music and sound.
