5K Rabbit Run & 1 Mile Bunny Hop in support of NI Children's Hospice.
Join NI Childrens Hospice on Sunday 9th April 2017 for the 3rd annual 5K Rabbit Run & 1 mile Children's race around the picturesque Hazelbank Park located in the heart of Newtownabbey along the beautiful coast of Belfast Lough
Proudly sponsored once again by Spec Savers Abbey Centre and organised by Martina Toal. Martina created this wonderful 5k run as part of her fundraising target for the hospice in 2014 when she took part in the London Marathon, can you help as she's takes on another 26.2 mile challenge representing the hospice on her way and helping raise more money in support?
The Rabbit Run is known for its awesome finishers medal and offers an opportunity to lace up purple and join in on the fun, raise some funds and spread awareness of the vital work the NI Children hospice does.
The route is suitable for runners, joggers, walkers, wheelchair runners and the race even boasts a virtual entry where you will still run anywhere in the world you like and still receive a fnishers medal.
There will be a Childrens 1 mile fun run that will start at 11am with the Adults race following after so parents can enjoy both sections of the event. So you can recieve 2 medals in one day if you register for both.
If you'd like to help fundraisers we advise you to open a RabbitRun JustGiving page and donate what you can. Thanks
